Travis has been actively involved in the Commercial Agency and
Investigation Industry since 1997.
His career commenced as an Licensed Investigator / Commercial Sub-Agent
with a large Brisbane Commercial Agency until November 2000 after which
time he and a colleague commenced a business partnership Carter Chalk &
Associates.
In addition to the day to day running of this business he continued to
undertake field work and skip tracing. He has established a network of
qualified and experienced process serving / field call agents throughout
Australia, particularly in Queensland.
In October 2003, Carter Chalk & Associates merged with M J Slemint
Agencies to form Advance Mercantile & Investigations Pty Ltd.
Today, Travis is responsible for the day to day running of the office.
He also oversees the management of Process Serving, Field Call and Skip
Tracing. He is also tasked with reviewing reports, communicating with
clients and agents in the field.
Travis has significant experience in management of large volumes and
spectrum of files and has built a strong rapport with field agents
throughout Australia.His ability with and understanding of IT
requirements coupled with a complete understanding of Advance’s AIMS
system result in our ability to service our clients needs with a minimum
of delay and his troubleshooting abilities result in speedy resolve to
any day to day issues which arise.
Travis was the driving force in the creation of an Australian wide base
of personnel/Agents facilitating in the collection of items infield for
a major client in 2004. Today this process is completed in a streamlined
method delivering a level of service to the client which is
unparalleled.
Travis still actively involves himself with work in the field in keeping
with the directors belief that we keep abreast of the work we handle
which also allows for a better relationship with our field staff and the
day to day management of same.
